The School of Management was established in 2007, originating from the Department of Business Administration at the Business School of Anhui University of Finance and Economics. It encompasses five undergraduate programs: Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Logistics Management, Marketing, and Labor Relations. Among these, the Human Resource Management program is recognized as a provincial-level first-class undergraduate major. Guided by the needs of employers, the school aims to cultivate exceptional applied management talents who serve local economic and social development.

The school boasts a high-quality faculty team with a well-balanced structure. Currently, there are 74 full-time faculty members, including 8 professors and 18 associate professors. Approximately 83.8% of the faculty hold a master’s degree or higher. Many faculty members have educational backgrounds from prestigious domestic and international institutions, such as the University of Science and Technology of China, Shandong University, the University of Sydney, and the University of Liverpool. In recent years, the faculty has published over 70 papers in major academic journals, presided over 3 national-level social and natural science foundation projects, and handled over 20 provincial-level quality engineering projects and 50 other research projects. The team includes two Provincial Teaching Masters and two Provincial Rising Stars in Teaching. Notably, over 30% of the teachers are double-qualified (academic and professional), bringing experience from roles as senior executives in listed companies or consultants for renowned enterprises, which provides a solid foundation for applied education.

The school has achieved remarkable success in student employment and further education. Through order-based cultivation programs in partnership with leading enterprises such as JD.com (Anhui) and Lianjia (Shanghai), it ensures a precise match between talent cultivation and corporate needs. The graduate employment rate exceeds 97%, with a professional alignment rate of 85%, and 35% of graduates are directly recruited by partner companies. To support students pursuing postgraduate studies, the school regularly invites representatives from graduate schools to hold preparatory sessions, creating a strong academic atmosphere that leads dozens of students annually to enroll in universities such as Anhui University, Hainan University, and Nanjing University of Technology.

The Three Practices and One Competition teaching system has yielded significant results. In recent years, students have won over 200 national and provincial awards in various disciplinary competitions. This includes 9 national grand prizes in management decision-making and business operation simulation competitions, as well as one national championship and one national runner-up title. The school has invested in advanced experimental and training software, such as Yonyou ERP and Logis Supply Chain Management, to build digital laboratories, with experimental and practical courses accounting for 15% of the curriculum. Additionally, the school has established numerous professional practice bases with enterprises, with JD Logistics (Anhui) awarding it the title of Best Strategic Partner. As a certified base for vocational skill testing, the school has enabled 818 students to obtain professional certificates in areas like E-commerce, Internet Marketing, and Logistics Service.
