The School of Accounting and Finance originated from the Department of Financial Accounting, established in 2003 at the university's founding. In 2011, to support disciplinary growth, the department was divided into the School of Finance and Auditing and the School of Accounting. To consolidate core competitive advantages and optimize resource allocation, the university merged these two units in July 2025 to form the current School of Accounting and Finance.

The school currently administers five teaching departments: Financial Management, Auditing, Asset Valuation, Accounting, and Management Accounting. It offers four undergraduate programs: Financial Management, Auditing, Asset Valuation, and Accounting.
