On the afternoon of November 12, Bengbu College of Technology and Business held the opening ceremony of the 2025 Orientation Training Program for New Faculty Members in Room B101 of Gewu Building. Yang Dandan, Director of the Human Resources Department, attended the ceremony, along with nearly 80 newly recruited faculty members from across the university.

At the beginning of the ceremony, Director Yang Dandan emphasized training requirements and proposed three expectations for new faculty members: first, remain committed to the original mission of education and move forward with determination; second, cultivate strong professional ethics and uphold integrity; third, strengthen teaching fundamentals and pursue continuous improvement in academic and professional development.

Following the opening remarks, leaders from relevant administrative departments introduced the university’s regulations and systems related to personnel management, teaching, and research. These sessions helped new faculty members gain an initial understanding of the university’s management framework and operational procedures.
Later, Yang Ye delivered an insightful lecture entitled "Promoting the Spirit of Educators and Cultivating High-Quality Professional Ethics among Teachers." The lecture guided new faculty members in developing appropriate professional values and ethical standards, laying a solid foundation for their future careers in education.
The orientation training program combines online theoretical courses with offline thematic lectures.
