To further promote campus democratic development and strengthen communication between university leadership and students, the first “University Leadership Lunch Meeting” of Bengbu College of Technology and Business was held warmly at the second floor of the First Canteen on June 12. Liu Fucheng, President of BCTB, together with department heads including Li Ming (Director of Party and Administration Office), Jing Tingru (Dean of Academic Affairs), and Wang Donghui (Director of Student Affairs), sat together with student representatives and shared a relaxed and friendly lunch environment.

During the lunch, students actively shared their thoughts based on their academic and daily life experiences, focusing on teaching quality, campus culture, and employment guidance. They raised constructive suggestions regarding curriculum optimization, internship arrangements, campus branding activities, and targeted career guidance. President Liu and department leaders listened carefully, took detailed notes, and responded to each issue on the spot, creating an open and engaging communication atmosphere.

President Liu expressed appreciation for the students’ active participation and sense of responsibility toward the university’s development. He emphasized that all suggestions would be carefully reviewed and translated into concrete measures to improve educational conditions and teaching quality. He also encouraged students to set clear academic and career goals, strengthen foundational knowledge, actively participate in competitions and practical training, and cultivate discipline and character in accordance with the university’s “Six Commitments” educational framework.

The lunch meeting successfully collected valuable suggestions and further strengthened the relationship between teachers and students. The university will continue to hold regular leadership lunch meetings to listen to student voices and continuously improve academic management and campus services, supporting students’ overall development.
