On the afternoon of May 13, a campus recruitment fair for the Class of 2026 was successfully held in the lobby of the university library. This event was jointly organized by the School of Management, the School of Economics and Finance, the School of Finance and Accounting, and the School of Data Science and Applications. The initiative aimed to implement national employment strategies for graduates, establish precise platforms for university-enterprise cooperation, and support high-quality employment for students.
The recruitment fair gathered nearly 50 high-quality enterprises from both inside and outside Anhui Province, including East Money Securities, Anhui Besm Baby Products Co., Ltd., and Bengbu Guanding Technology Group Co., Ltd. These enterprises covered popular sectors such as real estate, finance, electronic technology, and retail trade, offering over 600 job positions. More than 300 graduates reached preliminary employment intentions at the event.

University leaders visited the site to guide the work, engaging in deep conversations with enterprises and students to understand recruitment plans and job search progress. Specialized service areas for resume guidance and interview consultation were set up, supported by volunteers providing comprehensive logistics. Graduates actively communicated with employer representatives, showcasing their academic achievements and professional capabilities. Participating enterprises highly praised the professional literacy and comprehensive abilities of the graduates, affirming the university's effectiveness in cultivating applied talents.
